I want to thank Mike and Joe @ Joe Machens for the great service I received. Due to an inspection by Bommarita Ford, I thought they sold me a lemon when actually Bommarita mis diagnosed the problem. Joe Machens retrieved my car from Bommairta's and fixed my car at their expense. Any bad feelings I had about Joe Machens are gone and only great things to say. More

Also, the "automotive" TV/computer in the lounge has been trying to "download" for over a month. Not very impressive for customers. More

Bug thanks to Andrew and the Ford specialists who worked on my car and let me know I didn't actually need the 200+ service in addition to the other work I was having done today.
