The issue is this is not the first time (not even the same car!) that I've gone to you all for repairs and have the car break down again on me with exactly the same symptom. Your staff had me put $2000 worth of repairs into it, clearly not the issue, as broke down on me again with the same symptom. Your staff failed to fix the actual problem which turned out to be a small part. They were clearly embarrassed as they 'fixed' it for free....so I guess the original $2000 worth of 'repairs' were not the issue. A very similar issue has occurred with your dealership before. My wife's Nissan broke down, she had it towed, they were condescending to her when giving it back and it broke down WITHIN 100ft of where it broke down before, turns out your 'fix' wasn't correct again. The combination of reliability and condescension means she won't agree to getting another Nissan.
