I drove 70 miles (roundtrip) to deal with John, bypassing the local dealership in Jefferson City. John makes one feel very comfortable and leads one to believe he is representing the best interest of his customer. I have dealt with many salesman in the past and John is definitely the best; I really appreciate that he is not a high pressure individual. He lays it on the line and lets you decide if it is the deal you want. John is very friendly and customer oriented and just comes across as a genuine person. I am not a relative of John, nor has he paid me to make these positive comments. I can say that I certainly have not had this positive experience with any other car salesman I have dealt with over the years. I will definitely buy another car from John and will make it a point to say hi to him when I have my car serviced at Joe Machens Toyota Dealership. I also really dealing with Corry Fields in the Finance Department. Again I had a great experience with this individual and he was very detailed and professional to deal with. He definitely knows his stuff and could answer all questions without hesitation. I knew we were in good hands with Corry. More

Danielle and her manager worked with me, and even stayed late into the evening after closing to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and the deal, including trade-in, that I wanted. I never felt like I was being sold a car; I was was being assited in purchasing a car. I could not have asked for a better experience! Danielle was so great and knowledgeable.
