John made sure that my new car had what I wanted in it and was ready for pick up a week later as I live in North of KC. He took the time to show me the features in the car and explained how they work so I wouldn't have to take time out of my day to read the instruction manuel. He called after the purchase to make sure that I was happy with the purchase and did not need anything else. I have recommended John to many people and will have no problem coming back to him when I make my next purchase.
