AND she was buying it herself with her money not mine, so it was important to both of us that she do all of the work herself and that she feel comfortable with her decision. She really did her homework, consulted several dealers of several makes, then worked with Rafael over the course of a week, chose to lease, and got a cute Toyota Corolla S. She's thrilled with her car and I am thrilled that Rafael took the time to help a "newbie" navigate a very complicated process.
