On Sunday, November 17, 2013, our 2004 Toyota van broke down in Columbia as we traveled from Kansas City to Springfield, Illinois. We returned to Springfield in a friend's van. Moses was very helpful in trying to locate a vehicle we might be interested in. He found two used vans that might fulfill our needs. We went back to Columbia on Thursday, November 21, to pick out a vehicle. We took a test ride in one of the two vans. But then we saw a 2014 model of the same style van that we test drove. Although the used van was fine, we decided to purchase a new one. Because we had traveled over 200 miles and had to decide rather quickly, Moses was very patient and kind, answering all of our questions. And this was all done on his day off. So we very much appreciate the sacrifice of his personal time to assist us. Jeff Rackers then worked out the financial details in a professional, courteous manner. A friend sent me to John Boyer and it was the best referral I have ever had. John got me in a new Avalon and has taken care of me since. He is always there if I have a question or need to have my car serviced. I will talk to John when I am ready for my next Toyota purchase.
