I don't know that I'll EVER rate a car buying experience as great where price is concerned, but in every other way, our experience with Mose was excellent. On Sunday, November 17, 2013, our 2004 Toyota van broke down in Columbia as we traveled from Kansas City to Springfield, Illinois. We returned to Springfield in a friend's van. The estimated repair costs of our old van made the purchase of another vehicle the better choice. I worked with Moses Gingerich over the phone to analyze what vehicles might fit our budget. Moses was very helpful in trying to locate a vehicle we might be interested in. He found two used vans that might fulfill our needs. We went back to Columbia on Thursday, November 21, to pick out a vehicle. We took a test ride in one of the two vans. But then we saw a 2014 model of the same style van that we test drove. Although the used van was fine, we decided to purchase a new one. Because we had traveled over 200 miles and had to decide rather quickly, Moses was very patient and kind, answering all of our questions. And this was all done on his day off. So we very much appreciate the sacrifice of his personal time to assist us. Jeff Rackers then worked out the financial details in a professional, courteous manner. It was a much better experience than when I had purchased my previous van at a Toyota dealership in Illinois. More

I was on the verge of giving up on Toyota and Joe Machens. I have had several Toyotas and always loved them. I had been to Joe Machens Service department several times without resolution and was really dissapointed with the service I received. At that time, I was traveling quite a bit and felt I could no longer trust my Avalon. I talked to a Joe Machens sales person and was not treated well at all. A friend sent me to John Boyer and it was the best referral I have ever had. John got me in a new Avalon and has taken care of me since. He is always there if I have a question or need to have my car serviced. I will talk to John when I am ready for my next Toyota purchase. John knows the product he sells and is willing to go the extra mile to insure you are happy! More

I went in for service on my 2011 Camry. While there I inquired about the newer models with a possible trade-in of my car being serviced.
