He had contacted me many months earlier about the upcoming new model, as I had previously purchased a 2007 Camry Hybrid from Joe Machens Toyota, and he thought that I might be interested in the 2012 model. After Toyota formally announced the new models, I talked to Warren and exchanged emails with him about availability and options for the hybrid model. Even though the hybrids hadn't arrived at the dealership yet, and I hadn't even touched or seen one except online and in the brochure, he helped me get the information that I needed in order to feel comfortable ordering one. When the car arrived (with all of the options just as I had asked for), Warren spent a lot of time with me explaining and demonstrating the features of the car, answering all of my questions, and taking me for a test drive before the car was delivered to me. He was also very helpful a few days later in helping me to get some accessories ordered and answering some follow-up questions. Over all, my experience with the purchase from Joe Machens Toyota was a good one, and I was especially pleased with the customer service that I received from Warren Byington. More

I have already recommended Bill Sheets to people I know and Joe Machens Toyota to my friends who want to purchase the 2011 and 2012s when they are out. The entire purchase experience was overall the best experience I have had buy new cars since I can remember! I forgot to add one thing. When I look to trade in my vechicle I will come back to Bill Sheets to do so. I really do not care where I am living at the time. He is the Toyota sales person I want to deal with in the future. He is not pushy, very open and honest about the different vehicles I was looking at and I beleive when over and beyond to make this happen for me. I dealt with 3 other dealerships closer to my home, not one sales person did what Bill Sheets did for me. In fact, by the time one of them (Hyundia) got back to me, Bill had already made the deal and Jeff Rackers was fantanstic with the financing end of it. So when I told them I made the Pruis purchase, the sales person asked me where from and who and why--I gave them the truth--that is that no one in their dealership tool the time to look at what I needed and why and what could be done to make the deal happen. So when it comes to purchases for me and my friends in the future--I will always recommend Joe Machens Toyota, Bill Sheets and Jeff Rackers. Excellent!!!! More

My experience at Machens was great! While shopping for a car anytime can be tedious, shopping for a car when your present car has breathed its last can be horrible! I decided to look for a used Camry to replace my worn out Honda. Bob Pollock was not like any car salesman I have ever dealt with; he was helpful (but not pushy), he was courteous, and he was patient. In short, he was genuine and truly listened to what I wanted and how much I could spend on a vehicle. He and Joe (his sales manager) made me feel like they really cared about finding the right car for me and my family. I never felt like they were just trying to make a buck off of me. Another great aspect of Machens is that cars are constantly being added to the inventory. The 2002 Toyota Camry I ended up purchasing (at a reasonable price!) had just been traded in for a 2012 Camry - in fact, it was at the dealership for only 15 minutes before I test drove it. The 'money guy' (Jeff) was also very helpful and friendly. Applause to Machens Toyota for their perseverance and willingness to go that extra mile for their customers! I would definitely recommend Bob Pollock and the rest of the team to anyone shopping for a new or used car. More

We first met Bill at about 7:50pm on a Friday -- we were looking around the lot thinking the place was closed, and he came out and gave us lots of info, without any attempt at the hard sell. After shopping around elsewhere, we came back and asked for Bill by name. He knows his stuff, and figured out pretty fast just what we were looking for. As he said, when you find the right car, it sells itself. In the few weeks after the sale, he has followed up and taken care of any and all small issues that have come up. More
