I have received great customer service from my dealer. I needed two new tires and even though I showed up late afternoon on a Friday, they were able to get me worked in. Our only negative was that we purchased the extended warranty that the finance manager (forgot h easy to deal with. He is good as what he does. After we got home and read over the materials we realized there is a deductible with each claim which is different than a new car warranty. My wife and I don't remember him mentioning that part. We called to talk with the finance manager, left a couple of messages for him to call to discuss this but never heard back and just dropped it. More
