Great dealership and great salesman. Joe Machens has always been a great dealership name in my home. We have purchased several cars from his various dealerships and have always been treat Joe Machens has always been a great dealership name in my home. When I came into the Toyota dealership, I was met at the door by people who were smiling, friendly and helpful. I was shown to a salesman immediately. Chris sat down with me and we discussed what I wanted, price range, etc. Then he took me out to see the Rav4's I was interested in. Chris was very helpful and informative and was NOT pushy! He helped me decide on what I wanted without trying to influence my decision. Brandon in finance was awesome, too. He explained everything in a meaningful manner and did not talk down to me. He treated me as an equal and valuable person. I will continue to use Joe Machens and will definitely send my family and friends there! More
2:00 inspection really? I made an appointment at 8 AM. I was there at 8 AM. My car was not touched until almost 9 o’clock. Inspection was not done until 10 o’clock. I ended up coming back last February 2018 and was told by the same personnel to come back once the item was received. I have not heard from him since. Disappointed.. Brought car to have a multi-point check, was charged $60 for them to tell me my radio was broken and would cost $1200 to replace, something I already Brought car to have a multi-point check, was charged $60 for them to tell me my radio was broken and would cost $1200 to replace, something I already knew from a 1 minute google search, they did not check the condition of my brakes even though that item should have been part of the multi point check and they did not wash my vehicle when that is supposed to be a free courteousy service. Total time I was at the dealership amounted to almost 2 hours, I could have spent 15 minutes at a quick lube place for the same service, I will not be taking my vehicle back and will advise all I know not to go there, and given the age of my vehicle (not very old) I will buy a Honda next time, so as not to have a $1200 repair bill. More
