Fast, friendly, affordable and enjoyable experience I get legitimately excited when my maintenance required light comes on because it means I get to go to Joe Machens. I’ve been going there for the past I get legitimately excited when my maintenance required light comes on because it means I get to go to Joe Machens. I’ve been going there for the past few years and I’ve never experienced a dealership as efficient as them. I never schedule an appointment ahead of time but they always get my maintenance done within 90 or so minutes and they’re so friendly and knowledgable. They have tremendous deals and email out great coupons. And my favorite part is hanging out in the dealership. They have a free arcade along with popcorn, an ICEE machine, a fridge stocked with sherbert, and so much more. More
