Great except for the Wait. Had an spot for 9 am but waited until 11. Went on Saturday (didn't know they did not have shuttle service on Sat. Or would have changed appt. that aside, the service was excellent! The waiting area was filled with magazines, TVs and free snacks and beverages, which made for a comfortable but long wait. More
Lengthy, but fine. This was my first trip to Machens for a service. I assumed that since I had a scheduled appointment, that I would be in and out. Thinking that, I brought my kids with me, and refused shuttle service. However, it took an hour and a half. The wait wasn’t unbearable, though, since the dealership offers so many kid-friendly amenities. I just will know better next time. More

The closest Lexus dealership is in Kansas City or St Louis, so I they felt they could uncover the root cause then get the necessary part or parts from Lexus to complete the repair. Unfortunately, they were not able to fully decipher the solution, so I need to take the vehicle to a Lexus dealership. However, since they did not fix the problem or find the root cause there was no charge for the service call. More

Machen’s service dept. is & has been part of my regular maintenance routine ....,they are professional, customer focused, and highly dependable! Machens service dept is easy to contact for scheduling and have added email/texts confirmation, expanded scheduling times w/in the last 3yrs. Free car washes available with each appt. also. Love the vehicle inspection printed report given to me at the end of each appt. Thanks Guys!! More
