2 hours It took 2 hours for an oill change and tire rotation, that's ridiculous. Why schedule an appointment and the dealer over schedule just to leave the customer waiting around for 2 hours. I would rather you tell me you didn't have any openings and tell me to schedule it on a different day. $114 for the service and 2 hours of my time. More
