Waited way too long to check out. After our name was called, we waited an additional 30-40 minutes to check out. The advisor said to wait when we got up there because she was so backed up so then we waited another half hour to pay. Then why was our name called? With that wait, our oil change appointment took two hours. Ridiculous. More
