Provided additional work without additional cost I had a quote for a repair calling only for the replacement of 1 part. However, once the technician replaced the part, it was found another part was n I had a quote for a repair calling only for the replacement of 1 part. However, once the technician replaced the part, it was found another part was needed to regain complete functionality and get the repair done correctly. Since the additional part was only $25, Dominique went ahead and ordered it for me and called to let me know. He informed me I could bring the vehicle back in and complete the repair with no additional labor cost. I felt this was more than fair and Dominique was great to work with More

Disappointed if this is now Toyota 40,000 mi and Camry making a racket. Very disappointed that service staff said this was normal, they are seeing it a lot, and too bad. We have had 5 T 40,000 mi and Camry making a racket. Very disappointed that service staff said this was normal, they are seeing it a lot, and too bad. We have had 5 Toyotas and this is not what we expect or accept. if this is the new normal, Subaru or Hundai will have our next 5 purchases.
