Service is good, Entune, not I have no complaints with the service. Timel, courteous and professional. I had a bit of difficulty getting the person who was doing the schedule to u I have no complaints with the service. Timel, courteous and professional. I had a bit of difficulty getting the person who was doing the schedule to understand my needs but on the day of, spot on. The Entune system however, needs to be gotten rid of. On software update 1011 and still doesn’t work. I spent a lot of money on a new car and could have bought one with a proven system. Cmon Toyota!!! More

Sold me something I didn't ask for. I had a coupon for a 25.00$ oil change. I pulled up and a nice lady tried to sell me a couple of items which I politely declined. When I went to pay, I had a coupon for a 25.00$ oil change. I pulled up and a nice lady tried to sell me a couple of items which I politely declined. When I went to pay, she handed me a bill for 43.00$ and proceeded to inform me that my Prius called for synthetic motor. Of course since I have three prius's I already know that. To save money I do the synthetic motor oil every other oil change. The car is no longer under warranty so this is my decision. I was angry that your sales person thought I was not capable of making that decision. More

Best service to-date Just this week I took my vehicle to the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. For the first time, someone met me when I Just this week I took my vehicle to the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. For the first time, someone met me when I pulled into the deck with an iPad in-hand and got me checked in. This made it easy, painless and quick. This is the first time that has ever happened. I hope this is something they continue. I also have had several issues with my Toyota Sienna that is less than a year old. I have not been overly impressed with their (service dept.) ability to identify and fix the problem. Often, we have had to do this for them and even then, it doesn’t get fixed correctly. But overall, they are eager to help and fix the issue! More
