Miscommunication My wife brought our car in for service. She turned our car over to the service representative. She explained that she is waiting for the car. Two hour My wife brought our car in for service. She turned our car over to the service representative. She explained that she is waiting for the car. Two hours later, she noticed that other people who had come after her, had already picked their cars up and left. She walked to the service garage where she had dropped off the car, and our car was indeed there. She asked one of the other service representatives if our car was done, because she had not received a call. The service representative gave here the keys to our car, but told her that there was no paperwork. She left with our car. I later received an email message that our car was ready for pickup, that the service was done. However, the car was in my driveway. I still have received no paperwork about what was done. More
