While traveling down I-70, with my family on the way to Tenn, on a Friday at 3:00pm, my check engine light came on. We had to be in Henderson by Saturday morning to deliver my daughter to her college. We w Tenn, on a Friday at 3:00pm, my check engine light came on. We had to be in Henderson by Saturday morning to deliver my daughter to her college. We went on line to to find a dealer near our location. Joe Machens Toyota was 9 miles ahead. We exited off and drove right to the service bay. Scott listened to my story and asked me to pull right in. He had a tech pull the code. It was a sensor code and thought to be a nuisance trip. He reset it and we were leaving in 15 minutes time. I thought I would be waiting hours. He did not even charge me. I tried to tip him and he would not take one Thanks so much Scott. I was thankful and so impressed. I wish my dealership at home was as service oriented. Made a big impression. More

I have received great customer service from my dealer. I needed two new tires and even though I showed up late afternoon on a Friday, they were able to get me worked in.
