One is no longer at the service center for Toyota but Kevin was great. He went the Extra mile to make his service superb. Paula has been awesome. She is knowledgeable, personable, and timely and her responses to questions are always answered with respect. She is friendly and will provide you with honest feedback regarding the needs of your vehicle. I always look forward to seeing her when I need something done to my car which is usually only routine maintenance or new tires. Thank you for such a great hire. More
Total life saver! Super helpful we called about 40 miles into our road trip when an emergency check engine light came on. The car seemed to be running okay so we called and asked just how bad is this, we were told that we would have to cancel our weekend trip and that we should bring the car in ASAP. As we were on our way to the dealership Clay called and had arranged a loaner vehicle for us. We were able to drop our car off and got back on the road with just enough time to see our son play in his first band competition! Thank you, you saved the day! More

Good, but not as good as experiences before change of owners My experience was good overall. In scheduling the service I was not happy to learn that I was dealing with someone in Arkansas. He could not find my My experience was good overall. In scheduling the service I was not happy to learn that I was dealing with someone in Arkansas. He could not find my records. (This is my second Toyota Sienna purchased from Machen's) and wanted to just start a new customer file for me. I refused that and was transferred to Machens in Columbia. They immediately found my records. At the dealership I did have to wait a little longer than usual to meet a service advisor. However, he was very polite and helpful. More
