Had a reoccurring issue with Passat emissions issue that was not corrected by another VW dealer in St Louis. Got stranded twice with Add Blue warning. The last issue was in Jeff City and had Passau towed to was not corrected by another VW dealer in St Louis. Got stranded twice with Add Blue warning. The last issue was in Jeff City and had Passau towed to Joe Machen. This time the issue was corrected and they also fixed some other issues as well. He went out of his way to be accommodating then when I bought my new 2019 Jetta and still continues to check up on me and how the car is running and if I still love it. And I do!
