I had a great experience for the whole process. My salesperson Jeremy Bealmer was the best you could ask for. I was buying the car for my wife's birthday and he came in on his day of so we could finish the deal on her birthday which was very appreciated. Will recommend him to everyone! JC in the service department was very helpful and explained the service side of the car I was looking at. That was very helpful! Anthony the finance manager was also amazing. He also worked hard on getting the deal done on my wife's birthday. He got me the best financing deal possible that I could afford. He beat ever other bank. All around I had a amazing experience and will come back here for my next car. More

Not the best customer service with Jeff Fletcher I purchased my car on 5/28/20. I was happy with the used car and the price. However, the experience after I had signed for the car would make me not r I purchased my car on 5/28/20. I was happy with the used car and the price. However, the experience after I had signed for the car would make me not recommend service from Jeff Fletcher. I understand the car was not yet fully detailed or reviewed by the service crew since it was just purchased from the dealership 6 days ago. After I had signed for the car, I was told the dealership was going to replace the front tires and finish detailing the car, which I appreciated. I wasn't able to drive it home that day, and Jeff offered to drop it off to my home the next day. When it was delivered, Jeff gave me one key. I also noted after reviewing the car, I still did not have the paperwork, the car was not finished with being detailed, and the car did not have a jack. I asked Jeff for a second key, a jack, and my paperwork. He did come again to my house with the second key that same day, which I appreciated. I waited almost a week later for any word on the jack and paperwork, and then contacted Conrad Foster, the used car manager. (I had contacted Jeff prior to that without response or further progress.) Within hours, he provided me the paperwork and had ordered a new jack. He also notified me of the jack arriving almost another week later. Jeff called me and offered to drop off the jack, which I again appreciated and accepted. A week later, Jeff did not drop off the jack and I went by the dealership to pick it up myself. (Again, I tried to communicate with Jeff prior to me doing so without any progress.) Overall story:I can recommend the dealership and Conrad Foster, but cannot recommend Jeff for customer service and follow through. More
