They sold me a car without a title and could not get the title which is illegal. They sold me a second car I could not register because it had a lien against it with no release. Basically no title again. T title which is illegal. They sold me a second car I could not register because it had a lien against it with no release. Basically no title again. The first car was sold and they said it had a recall and they would take care of everything. 32 days later no calls. I called them and they schedule an appointment for the recall. Show up for that appointment and I am told they can’t do the recall because VW has not released any parts or a fix. VW would not give them a title because of the pending recall. They knew they could not get a title with a pending recall but sold it anyway. I stay pretty calm and they try to make it right supposedly by getting me a newer car with lower miles. Go to register this vehicle and the inspection paper work was screwed up. Call them and the manager Conrad says take it to a local machens and they will do another inspection. Conrad says he will call and make sure it can be done on Saturday. Conrad never calls back. I get the car in local machens and get the inspection done. Go to DMV on Monday and they tell me there is a lien against the title and no release. DMV calls machens title person and she tells them they were already aware of the issue but did not want to tell me. Short story don’t do business with this dealer. I have had to take a bunch of time off work to do paperwork and going to the DMV for no reason. I would describe their business practices as shady at best. My salesman Bruce was great though. More
