Very expensive Initially, when purchasing my vehicle, I was told the first oil change would be included. This was not the case and i was disappointed that they did not stand by their word. I paid to have an oil change and tire rotation for a total of 112.00. when my husband took his vehicle into the Joe Machens Ford dealership, they not only changed his oil for half the cost, but also took the time to wash and vacuum it. I was disappointed that this service is not consistent across the board among all the Joe Machens dealerships. More
