Frustrated but appreciative Although the salesman did all he could do to get me in the truck I wanted, they knew the radio didn’t work right and the salesman said he would help m Although the salesman did all he could do to get me in the truck I wanted, they knew the radio didn’t work right and the salesman said he would help me fix it knowing there was no fixing it without replacing it. They added in the deal that I would get side steps ordered and put on the truck but we’re adamant they could not be expensive, which I wasn’t expecting anyways and that since it was so expensive to have them put on in the actual automotive department, that the sales manager would put them on himself. They had me select the side steps I wanted so they could b ordered directly after purchasing the vehicle, I went back to check to see if they had come in multiple times and was told they hadn’t arrived, under the impression they had been ordered. I went back again two days ago, was told to come in yesterday to have them installed and they told me that they were ordered now and showed me the order receipt n the order date was also for yesterday! 😳 Needless to say I was extremely irritated. And I said (to my original salesman) where are the ones that were supposedly already ordered that they were supposed to have installed today? He said that they were going to have taken some off of a truck that was traded in and put them on mine, but the truck sold. 🤬 Are you kidding me tho?! So I can spend over 20 thousand on a truck that’s not even worth that amount and y’all can just continue to be devious and deceitful and waste my time over and over again without a second thought? All I would hope is to deal with people that are courteous, genuine, respectful and professional in their customer relations. I’m very upset with how this all has been handled, and I would never wish this experience on any of my friends or family. I doubt my experience will have much or any effect but it’s honest in the least. Update: I set up a meeting with Stephen Stamose, although he never met with me personally, my salesman did. And he was very intent to set things right even though it seemed as tho everything was going wrong. They got my side steps on, backwards at first n had to redo them, And they were the wrong ones from what I ordered, but the service guy stayed behind late to make sure it was done correctly, And my salesman tried his best to make sure I was happy. I’ll have to deal with the radio situation tho. My salesman made a huge effort on my behalf n so did the man getting my loan approved, because my credit was good, just not enough of it, so he called in a personal favor. And Stephen made sure my tt&l was added in for me which made a huge difference to me. Just wanna let it b known I am grateful, but there were quite a few kinks that I hope nobody else has to experience. More

We were in agreement with paying for this service but it was not done. When my wife arrived and ask about it it seem to be a mystery to the individual helping her. They offered to take it back in but it was already late in the day and we had to leave for the airport the following day early in the morning More

Battery Was told the battery was the issue on day one(Monday) had to call to get the info when I was promised they would call me. Had to wait until Wednesday after noon to pick up my car. I can’t believe I had to wait 3 days for a simple battery. Should of been offered a discount for my inconvenience, but was not. This is terrible service. I should have gone somewhere else. I still think you can send we a discount card to make up for the 3 days without a car. More
