salesperson was awesome. We found the car we wanted. It was in good shape, but very dirty inside and out. We could get the same car cheaper at a different dealership, which We found the car we wanted. It was in good shape, but very dirty inside and out. We could get the same car cheaper at a different dealership, which we showed them. The salesperson was great. Helpful. The sales manager was pushy and tried to make me feel bad that I wanted a price closer to the other vehicle, same year, model, but with less miles. Told me how the other dealership had law suits against them so their price was better because they were not taking care of their cars. I was not impressed by him at all. As we walked away initially, he attempted to lower the price to closer to what we asked, when initially he told me it should make me feel bad that I wanted the lower price. No! No it should not. You have the same car, the other one has less miles, by over 20,000. That other car should cost more. And as the customer, I really don't appreciate them lying to me about losing money, which the manager attempted to tell me. We all know that was not true. We went back, only because it was the car my husband really wanted and had been looking for, year, make, model, color, package, etc. My husband told the salesperson to keep the sales manager away. They did, and we bought the car. Overall, we are happy. I would buy from the dealership again and from the salesperson, only if that sales manager is not involved. It has only been a few days and we do love the car. The salesman, Mikey Glasgow, was great! I would recommend him anytime. He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with us. More

Quick and Easy I don’t have the best credit but I heard that Machens is one of the best, working with all types of credit. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to buy a vehicle I was going in to look. It took a few hours but it was much quicker than any other experience I’ve ever had and I walked away with a vehicle I wanted.
