Smooth process despite hiccups Overall our experience was good. We were not pressured into buying anything and our salesman, Mikey, worked alongside us to meet our needs. He ensured the issues we ran into in purchasing a used car were addressed and was patient throughout the whole process. We did experience some frustration on how long it took for the car to get fixed after we initially were willing to purchase it. Essentially, we couldn’t understand why they’d take so long to fix a car that someone was lined up to buy and instead pushed it off. I’m giving five stars though because Mikey was very good to work with and I will be reaching out to him next time we need a car. If you want a car without the hype, gimmicks, or pushy feeling, he’s the guy for you. Anthony from financing was great to work with (I think his name was Anthony). He was polite and fair and was very quick which was nice. We got the best rate we were hoping for and he made sure we understood everything. More
