Awful upper management. Particularly Sales Managers Dealers were extremely helpful and definitely took the time to help me find the perfect car. When finding the car that I chose the dealer went to go g Dealers were extremely helpful and definitely took the time to help me find the perfect car. When finding the car that I chose the dealer went to go get car and the car wouldn't start. Once getting it started I test drove the vehicle and liked it. I was told it would take 45 minutes to find out a payment. It took over 2 hours to find out. I signed a paper saying that on the high side my payment would be a certain number but, would be less once we ran the credit score. After 2 hours of waiting I was told it was going to be 2 dollars more. The management made comments on my bank account when they do not even know what my account looks like. I started to walk out and was cornered in the office by a sales manager and was talked down to. He made comments that were completely unnecessary and said that I signed a payment which I did not, making me feel as if I had to say yes to the payment. This sales manager was completely rude and ruined my car buying experience. More

Vehicle repair Took car in for repair , engine icon light was on , manual says to take to dealership for diagnostic when this occurs . Work performed was reviewed and result was that there was no problem with the car, not sure why engine light was still on........ well I made a sixty mile round trip, sat in waiting area which was comfortable for 1 1/2 hours and paid over $100 for worked performed for fathom problem, sometimes I think dealership with the brand support should absorb the cost for non existent issues. Then I noticed the sticker on the car windshield showed a 2015 and the official paperwork stated 2014. We had to wait over an hour to get to the financing stage. We get home and the nezt day I receive a call from a man asking how to get to my house. I asked him questions for verification before telling a man on the phone how to get to my home. He asked..."Didn't you know I was coming". The anser was no. Our loan peperwork was all wrong and had to be redone. We were advised there was no changes, and simply corrections to the price to show the full rebates, discount, etc. Well, there were changes.... our interest rate went up 1 1/2 points and our monthly payment increased. Another lie! This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car, and I've bought several. The finance rep. Asked us... "you probably think this place is ran by a bunch of xxxxxxx?"....I didn't respond, but clearly they do not know what they are doing or how to tell the truth. More

The guys who check me in are very professional and efficient. They are always ready for me when I arrive and the work gets done quickly and correctly. There is no drama with these guys. They don’t try to oversell. They do the job, and I’ve never been disappointed. I live in Nashville but prefer to have my work done at Machens in Columbia. The service department is a well-oiled machine. More
