Purchased a certified pre-owned vw tdi I bought a certified pre-owned vw Passat knowing that all pre-owned cars come with everything a new car comes with. The dealership didn't have the valet keys and only had one key for the car. After almost 2 months they still didn't have the regular key in stock and want me to pay for the valet keys. If the dealership does this bad of a job on something so trivial I would hate to see what they will do on other things. Luckily I did buy pre-owned so I can take it to a different dealership. More
