I recently had an appt for an oil change and 20000 mile service. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes from the time of my scheduled appt to the time it was finished. I was told that it was taken through the co service. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes from the time of my scheduled appt to the time it was finished. I was told that it was taken through the courtesy wash, but it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. Prompt service would have been very appreciated, or at a minimum, some communication to inform me that the service dept was running behind. That may have influenced my decision to stay and wait for my vehicle. And unfortunately, a courtesy wash that doesn't even clean the car feels way worse than no wash at all. It definitely didn't feel "courteous", or the thought genuine, after waiting patiently for my service to be completed. More
