Everything I ask to have done was taken care of. However, for an oil change, air filter replacement, brake flush, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection, four and one-half hours was a long time However, for an oil change, air filter replacement, brake flush, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection, four and one-half hours was a long time to sit and wait. I arrived at 10:15 am and car was not ready until 2:30 pm. The people were very courteous and I know it is not their fault. Perhaps you should hire more mechanics to do the work. More
I took my car in about the AC because it worked just fine before I left it with them for months to get a motor swap. Of course they determined that the issue had nothing to do with the work they had previous before I left it with them for months to get a motor swap. Of course they determined that the issue had nothing to do with the work they had previously done, so it would cost me a fortune to repair. I had no choice really, as I have black leather seats, so I told them to proceed with the repair services. I asked them to give me the part they were replacing on my AC so I knew that the work was actually being completed and not just replacing a fuse and charging me $500 bucks for it. They told me they would, but when I picked up the vehicle there was no part in sight. They told me they would talk to the tech when he came in an find out where the part was, but no one ever called me back. I am pretty sure they scammed me, but there is no way for me to even find out. This dealership has been the bane of my existence for nearly a year. Go elsewhere if you can. They lie. They told me my engine replacement would cost me $650 to $800 out of pocket and my insurance covered the rest. No surprises he said. Then when it was done the bill was $1500. No apology, no explanation for why they did not call and approve changes. Then I ask for a part and they say they will leave it but they don't. There is no way for me to know if I got scammed and that is just how they like it. More
