I have found the sales department to be hard to negotiate with on deals. The service department fixed the a recall item and gave me my paperwork saying they were bringing my vehicle around for me. Meanwhile, everyone started to disappear except one service associate. I finally went outside to look for my vehicle after waiting 45 minutes for them to bring it around. I found it parked back by the garage entrance and no one around. The service associate followed me outside and asked what I needed. I explained and he finally found my keys on a service desk inside so I could leave. Service all around is very poor at this dealership. More
