I wanted to have a multipoint inspection done as my car just reached 60k miles, but they only conduct these when you pay for a service, so I made an appointment to have my tires rotated to get the inspecti just reached 60k miles, but they only conduct these when you pay for a service, so I made an appointment to have my tires rotated to get the inspection done. They did not do the multipoint inspection, and the service man I dealt with was not apologetic; rather somewhat confrontational, blaming me for not reminding them to do the multipoint inspection when I got there. I didn’t think I needed to remind them to do this as this was the entire reason I made the appointment. I usually have nice things to say about my experience here, but I was disappointed this time.
