I appreciated the service and attention to detail given for getting my car serviced. I was given an update on what my car would need prior to coming in. In addition they had taken care of patching my tire for getting my car serviced. I was given an update on what my car would need prior to coming in. Had and appointment for 11:00 am to have 2 recalls and an oil change done got there and was told one recall was already done and the other didn’t exist but they could still do the oil change and it’d be abou oil change done got there and was told one recall was already done and the other didn’t exist but they could still do the oil change and it’d be about 1.5 hours so I agreed to it and left my car with them then came back a little after 2:00pm and my car Hadn’t moved talked to the service associate and he said it should be done but couldn’t find the paperwork then it was found on the dash of my car where it was never turned in waisted hour trip to Columbia and time there for nothing to say I’m pissed and have nothing good to say is an understatement More
