I bring my car to Joe Myers Ford on 290. I told them my speed limit. It's locked on 70. So you need to program the computer and they charge me $350. I have purchased three vehicles from Joe Myers since 2019. The sales experience has consistently been good; however, over the past couple of years, the level of service quality has declined. One of the issues with the quality of service is when the service is done, I received the payment link and that’s it. I didn't get a call to let me know that I can pick up the car and to schedule a pickup since I left with the car service option. I had to call to verify if the vehicle was done. I believe good customer service means being aware of the customer’s situation. If a ride was arranged through the dealership, there should be a follow-up to confirm whether a return ride is still needed. More
