"Outstanding service"

I originally called for service appointment. The person said no problem, but then said they would be pleased to pick my MKC up at my home, accomplish the service, and return it. Which they did! I got everything done and never left my residence.

I was in twice for questions which became a slow air leak and windshield wipers needing replacement and then the last time from for a recall and a new tire because of the slow air leak. Michelle Torre took care of me for the recall and new tire. Gerald Toloudis took care of me for the questions and windshield wipers. Excellent customer service. Reminded me of the days of Cindy and my old truck which caused me to be confident buying a new truck from Joe Myers. Thank you!

"Poor customer service"

I have been taking my car there since 2014. The experience had been excellent until my last two contacts with them. I had an AC problem where one vent was blowing heat and the other cool air. I made an appointment to have my car serviced about two weeks ago. Dropped my car off at 8:30am and received absolutely no communication from the service advisor the entire day. We called several times and he finally heard from him about 5pm “ we were short staffed and didn’t to your car but we start on it 1st thing in the morning” The next day come and we still didn’t hear from him until we started calling around 1pm. He returned the call around 2 to tell us what was found and it should be ready in an hour. We arrived 2 hours latter and the car was not ready. Now 2 weeks latter my car is at JoeMyers right now for the same problem. Today the person I had an appointment with was not there. “ running late” . We were passed to someone who was nice, but attempted to pass us to the person who originally did nothing to help us.

"Terrible customer service "

After a 3 week wait and 3 phone calls for help with a Ford recall, I did not receive a call back or help from Joe Myers Ford. They claimed I am not a customer even though I purchased my Ford from Joe Myers and had service performed at their location. Their answer was to lie on my Yelp review and say I was not their customer. I contacted Ford Corporate, was given contact information for Tomball Ford and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. Read the real reviews for Joe Myers Ford Service Center and then the Mary S replies. If you give them a bad review you are not their customer. In my opinion, Joe Myers has a great selection of vehicles for sale but the worse Service Center in all of Houston. Take your car somewhere else.

"Terrible after purchase service"

Joe Myers Ford Service Center has been non responsive to my request for a rental or loaner car while I continue to wait for parts to replace my front passenger airbag. I received a letter from Ford Motor Company stating I should not use my front passenger seat due to if an airbag is deployed it may cause harm or death. I received a notice from Ford Motor Company that rentals would be available from my dealer while waiting for replacement parts. I’ve called Joe Myer’s Ford 3 times. I have left my number and never received a call back. I am on their “wait list.” The Joe Myer’s Service Center employee stated there are no loaner or rental cars available at this time. I asked what Joe Myer’s Ford suggested I do if I must use the front passenger seat. It was suggested I contact Corporate. I purchased this vehicle new from Joe Myer's Ford with cash yet Mary S., Business Manager, has said in a reply on another website that I am not their customer and I should go elsewhere. Customer Service is not telling a customer to go somewhere else. That statement re-enforces my complaint of Joe Myers Ford being non-responsive. Bottom line, in my opinion, Joe Myer’s is not the place to receive quality service on your new or used Ford. I would definitely not buy another car, used or new, from Joe Myer's if I expect quality after market service.

"Worst customer service I've ever had at a car dealership"

I had paint peeling on my brand new P/U Truck and it literally took them months to figure out how they were going to deal with it, which I didn't agree with. During the process, I made several phone calls to the collision center, as well as a Service Manager, who didn't return phone calls. I wrote 2 e-mails to the GM, phoned the FORD customer complaint dept., and even wrote a letter (handwritten) to a VP in Dearborn Michigan....NOTHING. I finally gave up and took my truck to Ford Autonation who jumped through hoops to take care of me. I actually got a phone call every day from the guy who took my truck with a status, and it was ready within an hour of when they said it would be.... now THAT'S customer service.
