I have bought two cars in my life, one from Joe Rizza Ford and most recently Joe Rizza Acura. Considering that Acura is a "luxury" brand, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with the AcuraLink app. The fact that Ford and most recently Joe Rizza Acura. Considering that Acura is a "luxury" brand, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with the AcuraLink app. The fact that there are no technicians available at dealerships is ridiculous. Why do I have to call a 1-800 number for a feature that you guaranteed me would work. The sales rep told me I wouldn't need a remote start on the key fob because I could do that during the AcuraLink app. Why include the AcuraLink app as the main mode of remote start knowing that it's pervasively a problem?? When I ask about AcuraLink, service tells me it's a separate entity. At the end of the day, I bought my car from Acura, not from AcuraLink and you should stand behind the services that you include in your cars. Knowing that the AcuraLink isn't reliable feels like scam. What's worse is that you expect people to pay $895 for a remote start on the through the key fob, which seems like the only reliable and functional option. Why buy an Acura if they don't provide reliable features? More
