The dealership experience was awesome. Giovanni showed me 2 cars and the conversation as I drove one of them was pretty cool. I went to return my lease, I was contemplating on either keeping the car, returning the car as a whole, or leasing a new Acura because I love the car. I worked with the salesman who “ran numbers” and basica keeping the car, returning the car as a whole, or leasing a new Acura because I love the car. I worked with the salesman who “ran numbers” and basically put me into a car without bringing it up so I can see what I was getting into and I didn’t know the numbers of the agreement until I went into the financing department. Never felt like a sales situation was half-assed in my life until then. When asking for clarification on why my payment was more for a similar car and why the price was so different and no one could give me an answer. I didn’t even know the new car was 3k less than my original car I was bringing in, and I am taking a lease out for an extra year. Went back in to resign something because somehow paperwork was messed up, explained the situation to the GM who then offered us Acura backpacks so we could “advertise for them”. After this car is done I will no longer be doing business with Joe Rizza Acura. More
