I shouldn’t have purchased the vehicle after the test drive. The car sounded like it needed new front brakes or rotors. I told the salesman and he insisted they could fix that with no problem. They supposedly took the vehicle to the service department and was told that’s sound was just from the car sitting everything is fine. I don’t believe the mechanic ever looked at the vehicle. I have an appointment to get the vehicle serviced because it’s still not running like a pre certified vehicle should!! I’m very disappointed with my purchase at this time. If it doesn’t get fixed I’ll be returning this purchase and calling the Better Business Bureau. More

I would recommend Tony Adaska as an excellent salesperson! He wasn’t pushy and gave me time to think. I took it to my shop and they said that it had an oil leak. I called the dealership and they ensured me they would send a refund. Ove two weeks have gone by and I still have not received the check, however that is not a huge problem. However, the car I traded in over 2 weeks ago, has still not been paid by the dealer, resulting in an overdue payment on the car I no longer own. I called the dealer twice and still have not received a call back 3 days later. Overall, everyone that you interacted with was wonderful and they made it a comfortable buying experience. Unfortunately, the knock comes from issues with finance concerns. More
