By far the best experience with a car dealer I have ever had. No run-around, no trying to add random charges. Worked out the price over the phone, got there and that was the price. Denise was especially attentive to us, ensuring that we got the best price possible for our trade-in as well as for the model we were thinking of purchasing. Honestly, we were just coming to look at the car but decided to buy on the spot because we knew we wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else. Kudos to Ted as well. As a long-time friend, I'd often heard all the stories about how he bends over backwards to help local Acura owners with their service needs to make it as simple and easy as possible. This time we got to see it in person as I know he worked closely with Denise to get everything set up for us. And frankly, Ted was the only reason why we even considered purchasing an Acura.
