$200 Screw I was told the ripped seat would be taken care of and then all of a sudden I had to wait a month to get that done. I ended up getting it repaired and I was told the ripped seat would be taken care of and then all of a sudden I had to wait a month to get that done. I ended up getting it repaired and it cost me $375. You should have eaten the $200 for that very reason, but instead I waited 3 1/2 hours to tell me you couldn’t. Because of that very reason and the length of time I was at the dealership (nearly 6 hours) for a lousy 200 bucks I would not recommend you or go through you again. I did like and respect my salesman. However I think the monopoly that Joe Rizza has on dealerships is ridiculous. Because of this customers are at their mercy. More

Don't waste your time I've have called 9 times in two days, to the first service writer, and manager for their service dept, trying to schedule a time to tow my car in for I've have called 9 times in two days, to the first service writer, and manager for their service dept, trying to schedule a time to tow my car in for inspection and repair, left 4 voicemails and no response, I work for a very large dealership won't mention names, but if our service dept did this to our customers we would not still be in business,it's a shame because of the convience of this dealership , and how seemingly it appears to have it's act together, looks can be deciving, guess if they don't want to service my Ford then maybe someone else will Currie, Hawk , whoever because you failed and failed hard!
