Rizza service department is incompetent. Can't figure out how to use odm for engine light on. Said it was battery. Joe Rizza Lincoln Service - Orland Park: Unprofessional and Dismissive Extremely poor customer service when scheduling an appointment. The representative was rude and impatient, repeatedly interrupting and Dismissive Extremely poor customer service when scheduling an appointment. The representative was rude and impatient, repeatedly interrupting me and responding curtly with “is that it?” to each service request. A total of four items two of which are known issues with the make, model, and year vehicle we have. When I asked about their advertised pickup service, she became openly annoyed, claiming it would delay my appointment 4 weeks because “most people don’t want that.” She emphasized three times that no loaner would be provided regardless of warranty coverage, stating they “don’t have to do that” unlike other dealers. Her condescending attitude made requesting basic advertised services feel like an inconvenience. She suggested I “probably won’t want to go through all of that” regarding warranty rental procedures. I canceled and returned to my previous dealer, who handles scheduling and pickup service professionally. Service departments shouldn’t belittle customers for using services included with their vehicle purchase. Avoid this dealership - unprofessional service culture that fails to support customers properly. More

The fuel pump in my new 2024 Nautilus Lincoln failed within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for m within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for me and my family. The lack of urgency, support and follow up I received regarding this issue was overwhelming! This was at its best the poorest customer service I ever received. I did not hear from the General Manager at all. Afte repairing my vehicle, I was told by Jim, the employee who assisted in the purchase of my vehicle, that I would receive a free oil change for my inconvenience. I don't believe the replacing of the fuel pump in a new vehicle in a minor inconvenience. I am now concerned about future parts in this vehicle which could be improperly installed. My family and friends expressed complete shock. For my peace of mind and true acknowledgment of my horrible experience, I believe the fair resolution would be for Joe Rizza Ford to provide me with the extended warranty for this vehicle. This dealer stated I would need to pay a diagnostic fee for them to assess my vehicle before they would process an official manufacturer safety recall which I received in the mail for my vehicle. Try to avoid there service they are Scammers Scott at the service department said $59 for oil change and tire rotation, Than he charge me almost $144 including $31 for oil Disposal he is a liar trying t the service department said $59 for oil change and tire rotation, Than he charge me almost $144 including $31 for oil Disposal he is a liar trying to cheats custmors money when I catch him he said stop by I will give you $50 back I told him no the difference is more he said take it or leave it with Attitude , Unfortunately I have to take my business somewhere else and I will never use this dealer again I also send a message to the dealer management nobody answered and I’m willing to complain with Ford Lincoln also Better Business Bureau also I will call the city of Orlandpark. Because I want everybody knows about this and everybody be careful when you deal with them they will steal your money. More

I had an issue with my 4WD not engaging on my 2019 F-250 Super Duty. I reached out to Scott Sciaky and he scheduled an appointment within a few days. This was in January and I use my F-250 Super Duty for Super Duty. I reached out to Scott Sciaky and he scheduled an appointment within a few days. This was in January and I use my F-250 Super Duty for some plowing so I was concerned about getting my truck back. No worries, as the day after I dropped my truck off I received a phone call that my truck was finished and repaired under warranty. I appreciate Scott Sciaky and Mark Stephens taking care of me and my vehicle in a professional and timely manner. Scott is always courteous and attentive. And, a thanks to Joe Rizza Ford for their great customer service and clean facilities. More

Just purchased my 7th car from the Rizza family. And as always, no grief, no pressure, which brings me to the Most important part of this review., the sales person, Pete Silva! I’ve bought way too many cars in my lifetime but have never been treated by a sales person like Pete. He was over the top with his salesmanship, respect and knowledge of his product. Very impressive, no pressure at all. I hope this message does not fall on deaf ears, because I will Highly recommend Pete for a purchase from your dealership..He fulfilled all promises with the purchase and his follow up was as promised.
