I went in on a Saturday a few weeks ago and discussed a couple of car options. Salesman stated that he would work with me and even order a car if needed. Also stated he really didn't like processing the Costco Program discount. We left with he would be in contact on Monday. I didn't hear from him until I called on Wednesday. At which point he informed me he "lost" my notes. Stated he would call me back later in the day. I still haven't heard from him. Just completed purchased with Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln in Naperville. It couldn't have been a smoother car buying process. I cannot say enough good things about Fair Oaks. More

2016 Ford Escape Titanium I was looking for a new car and my mom suggested that we go to Joe Rizza because she recently bought a Lincoln. We went and I had originally bought a Kia Optima that was used and it needed to go to the Kia dealership to have a new battery put it and be replaced. Lee did everything he could to get the Kia back to me as soon as possible because I was excited to drive the new car. After the Kia had to have more work done on it, I felt uncomfortable with going forward with the purchase because I did not want a car that was going to be a lot of issues. So, we started looking for another car and Lee lead me towards the Escape. After all the back and forth with Kia, Lee gave me an awesome deal on the Escape! He answered all my questions and made sure that I was happy with a car and not just settling because I couldn't wait to get a new car. My dad bought a used F-250 from Lee the same week that I bought the Escape. We will definitely be going back in the future and would recommend Joe Rizza of Orland to anyone who is looking to buy a new or a used car. More
