Difficult problem solved Our service writer Lauren was very helpful in getting our panoramic roof repaired. It only needed cleaning and lubricating. Didn’t wait long. Service is great I was in and out quickly. Coffee, TV, comfortable seating. Friendly people, car wash, topped the liquids, checked the brakes. Total satisfaction Service manager Lou Vieceli and his team made my first experience with the Joe Rizza Ford service department extremely positive. Although a manager, L Service manager Lou Vieceli and his team made my first experience with the Joe Rizza Ford service department extremely positive. Although a manager, Lou was very hands on working to solve my concerns. I was consistantly given updates on the progress of my vehicle. And was offered every accommodation to ensure I was comfortable during my wait. And that included a free car rental. Big thanks to Eduardo Rodriguez, my service advisor. He was the one that kept giving me the constant communication with updates on my repairs. They say first impression is everything. Joe Rizza Ford knocked it out the park. More
I don’t trust Rizza with my car anymore!!!! They had my car for 3 weeks for what I was told were some wires that had been “cut”. The service rep accused me of being in a car accident with fron They had my car for 3 weeks for what I was told were some wires that had been “cut”. The service rep accused me of being in a car accident with front end and back end damage. When the only place my car has been worked on is RIZZA the place I bought it from. SMH Sad I will never take my car back to this dealership. Oh and for the record my car has never been in a accident. They wanted me to pay cash for something that should have been covered under the warranty. I had to get the Lincoln Corp office involved to get my car fixed. Then they just let my car sit on the lot for over 2 weeks without returning it to me. I had to call the Corp office back to get my car back. REALLY!!!! More
