Service dept needs a little Christmas cheer I bring my cars to the Ford Service Department because I like the way they take care of their customers. I was a little surprised at how the cool treatment was this past week. I took my first car in Monday afternoon which I know is a bit of a wait which is understandable. When I brought my 2nd car in I was disappointed in the coolness again(was beginning to think it's because I don't drive a Ford). I hope that this is because the stress of the holidays and when I do bring in my 3rd car (which is a Ford) I will see tons of smiles:).
