Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable on your product. I am a little unsatisfied with the chart that shows miles per gallon that was advertised my car was supposed to have 23 in the city and 27 o product. Live our new Explorer. The first time we have ever ordered a vehicle with what we wanted will do it again. Gary the guy who he’ll with that process was fantastic. And when we left Friday with new car we found out on Monday that it was not insured . More

We were told the vehicle we were purchasing was ready to pick up,we drove 7 1/2 hours to pick up and NOTHING was ready for us. The hummer wasn’t clean, our salesman we were working with wasn’t even at work. pick up,we drove 7 1/2 hours to pick up and NOTHING was ready for us. The hummer wasn’t clean, our salesman we were working with wasn’t even at work. We had to wait 45 minutes for him to even show up to work. There were things wrong with the hummer that wasn’t disclosed previously. Was not a good experience. More

I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge SEL to replace my 2011 Edge that was totaled in an accident. I decided to use the Costco purchase program and they suggested Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park. Based on what I tol that was totaled in an accident. I decided to use the Costco purchase program and they suggested Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park. Based on what I told them I was looking for I met with Steve Lillie who showed me several cars. Steve was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the cars with no pressure. Once I selected the one I wanted, I arranged to come back later with my wife to complete the purchase. The paperwork and purchase took about an hour and we were on our way. A very good experience!
