A good dealership Only complaint is that I waited at least 10 min while a customer who came 5 min after me was served first. When someone finally came to see me, I pointed out the issue and I was told that maybe I had been mistaken for a "drop off car ". I asked what does that mean? He told me well the drop off cars look like yours (Lincoln MKC). I suggested he make sure staff doesn't assume anymore and take/ check on customers as they enter the line, that way no one is passed over and not serviced. Otherwise, a seamless and satisfying experience. More

Rizza is true to form, you didn't have a pick up time or Rizza is true to form, you didn't have a pick up time or a loaner as provided by Lincoln for Navigator service. Your service people messed with bot Rizza is true to form, you didn't have a pick up time or a loaner as provided by Lincoln for Navigator service. Your service people messed with both seat settings and radio settings. I could not even get in the car. You did not check tire pressure as they are all random and below recommendations, which makes me wonder how many other things you skipped. Always seems to be a disappointing experience. Again sad More
