Pretty decent I initially scheduled an appointment over the phone. When I arrived at the scheduled time my appointment was not in the system. I was told they could take me but would not have a rental available for at least a half hour. I elected to reschedule my appointment. The second visit went better. However the car from Enterprise was filthy. The center counsel had dried coffee or pop all over it. Otherwise my visit and the service was great. More

Rizza service is top notch. The extended warranty co.sux. Lauren Kutchy is a big asset for your service department. She followed up with me several times throughout the process. She coordinated everything with the extended warranty company, which in my opinion went a bit too far in trying to not allow my repairs. But this experience I'd rate Lauren and your service department a 10 in all respects. A loaner would have been a nice touch too but I had to rent a car instead. Give Lauren and your techs a raise and an attack boy!!! More
