Salesman was great and finance got me approved even though no other dealer could. Made the process quick did everything online which I thought at the moment was great. Now for the bad. I was making a 3 hour drive and asked the salesman if the car was inspected and safe to drive back he assured me everything was great!!!! So I paid the down-payment and signed the contract. Upon arrival I could tell something was wrong just by the look on the salesmans face. He then said he noticed the clutch pedal was not engaging correctly and couldn't put the car in gear. Long story short after a 3 hour drive, insuring the car and putting a down-payment now the car needs a transmission which they said they would not replace. The deal was canceled but here we are almost a week later and my down-payment has not been refunded. Did not expect this from a Big Dealership like this. Let's see how much longer I have to wait to get my money back. Now I'm out of a car and the money. More

Then Con what a great sales person, straight up, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, went out of his way to find us the vehicle we wanted. Even drove us to the Plantation lot to see more vehicles, and make sure we are satisfied with our choice. He did everything right, better than right, excellent, thank you! Then to Alex that quickly and easily pre-ran our finances, gave us a great deal on our trade in, gave clear answers to all my questions and lastly, Kareem your CA in finance who very clearly laid out our options, no hard selling, no pushing, just straight forward options and choices.
