This is my first experience ordering a vehicle that was literally exactly what I wanted. Mark Shipman us the guy! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient and incredibly kind. It was a couple months from the time we first chatted til the vehicle came in and I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with Mark. Frankly, every person I encountered or worked with at this dealership was great. They communicate very well and work hard to get you exactly what you want. This is my first honda ever, after a very long run with Jeep and Ram products. The level of service I have received from John Eagle is refreshing after so many years of lackluster treatment from dealers.
