I shopped your website and picked out the car I wanted to buy. The minute I sat down with a salesman he started trying to switch me to another car. I eventually gave in because he was so determined to sell me the car he wanted me to buy. I still resent this tactic. My wife was joint owner of the trade in. Because she has Alzheimer's I used her POA to sign all sales documents. The finance person asked to make a copy of the POA for his file. I gave him the original to copy and he never returned it. No one has responded to my email requests (to the salesman) to tell me how and when I can get my original back. THIS IS IMPORTANT. I need this document. the only sales documents I have been given are the loan docs. When will I get sale info, title, etc.? I was never shown a list of all the items I was being charged for in addition to the price of the used car. Is this step required by law? I therefore was never given a chance to accept or negotiate on any of these charges. The difference between my trade value and the price of the car I purchased was about $3,000 yet I financed over $6,000. I still do not know what all the charges were for. More
