Took my new 17 CRV in last week for repair, meet Elo Aguirre. I received prompt, through and excellent service. We have bought 4 new Honda's from John Eagle in 10 years because of Retha Robinson. She knows how to take care of her customers. Warm, knowledgeable, friendly that and much much more.
Nate was excellent to negotiate with. The car is in perfect condition and Deepak [DP] was charming, reassuring and RIGHT that this was the right car for me. EASY and fast from test drive to financing and they even managed returning my rental back to Enterprise for me.
The entire team is kind and hard working -- I never felt like they were pressuring me to purchase.

Was told they could not sell one for less than 30K. Was looking to pay in range of 25K.
Went to another dealer and found a new one for less than 25K. This dealership could not care less about customer. The lady was not even willing to show me an Accord. Just lost a sale.
You can really tell Maribel loves what she does. So personable, enthusiastic, and funny. She works very hard and I really appreciate that. She is very accessible as well and it was easy to text her with questions or call her. The finance worker, Villareal, was also personable and easy to talk with. Great experience!
Everyone was great and extremely helpful. My experience was better than expected. Maribell was fabulous to work with. She was not high pressure. She listened and worked to get me exactly what I wanted.
Purchased a used Frontier from a salesman named David Rivera. This about 3 1/2 years ago. I had to fly into Dallas with no time to spare. David personally looked the truck over and answered any questions I had, since I was basically buying it without seeing it first hand. He picked me up in the truck from the airport. Truck was indeed beautiful and in perfect condition. I was out within an hour and back on my way to north Texas.
Great experience. Since then I get a text on my birthday from David. That’s impressive and this gentlemen is what all on salesman should be. I have since sold the truck and live in Mississippi. Next time I need a car I’ll call David first to see if he has anything in stock that suits my needs. Good job folks!
"Overall the BEST Experience I've Had Buying a Car"
I was skeptic when I walked into the dealership after being treated badly by the previous two in the metroplex that I'd tried. John Moran was my sales rep. He and William Cheek were very knowledgeable of the product and got me into the Honda Accord that I wanted. I've never laughed so much while purchasing a car. John Moran is the real deal and made it the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. Thanks to Jonathan Villarreal in Finance as well. Overall, A+ service and great buying experience. Y'all go see these guys.
Maribel and Dwain were incredible! We were in a difficult situation and they helped us without judgement. They guided us on what to do to make sure we didn’t make a mistake and made sure we got the exact car we wanted. Maribel communicated with us through the entire process, followed up and made sure everything was perfect. I can’t compliment John Eagle enough, it was a wonderful experience! I LOVE my new Civic!!
I bought vehicle from John eagle Honda and I emailed them for some information and they didn't even give any reply. I thought they were busy and I waited for 1 month and I emailed again for two times with one week interval. No reply at all. They only care until people bought the vehicle and after customers bought the car, they don't even think of them. Care less people and they don't care about customers. Because of them I decided not to buy Honda vehicles any more in future.
I didn't got any response to my emails from Dan (not even single one) and after waiting for 2 months I started calling him and after so many calls he responded me. Tariq did the same thing, he replied some of the emails and he didn't respond to some of them. Some times people are busy and I am not expecting reply right away. Waiting for month for a reply is bad thing and it hurt me. I lost trust because of these guys. They don't give value to customer. If they miss one email is ok, but not giving reply to so many emails is not good and that shows what they are.
