I was in the market for a used Toyota 4Runner and found one online at John Eagle Honda. I used their online chat to ask if it was still available and Chris, the sales manager, said it was. I went in and asked for Chris and he came and greeted me quickly and was very friendly. He had already gotten the car out and parked out front waiting for me upon my arrival. Ann Stone, the sales consultant, came over with the keys and let me look over it thoroughly and I asked if I could take it for a test drive. No pressure form them to test drive it or push me to look at other vehicles. She let me take the vehicle through its paces on the test drive to get a feel for it. She was able to answer my questions and being a used Toyota, she was able to quickly get answers to the maintenance history questions I had on it. When we got back, we went over the details; still no pressure from them. Ann didn't try and push me in one direction or another; it was always "if you're comfortable to move forward" and "tell us what options you want us to look at"; as far as financing. Ann and the team made it a very pleasant experience. As far as car buying goes, it was straight forward, relaxed, and a pleasure to work with them. More
