I was so pleased with the friendliness of the staff at John Eagle Honda. Michael S. was waiting for us and he had cars picked out for me to see according to what I was looking for. He showed me how the car operated. It has a lot of new automatic features. (My old car was 2007) He helped negotiate a better price for me. He told me about leasing, as this is my first leased vehicle. He even got the car washed before I took it home. And he phoned the next day to be sure that I was happy. And Nichole was so good to explain all the finances and told me about HondaCare. (I think it is important to have the dealership care for the car instead of just any old car repair.) About six months ago, I began my search for a new car. The service men and women were filled with joy and eager to connect me to a sells associate. However, Mark was rude. I began searching the web again, and was contacted by Maribel Erbay. From the moment we spoke on the phone until she placed my temporary tag onto my car, her professionalism and kindness captivated my attention. She was a none stop advocate for my wants and needs in a new vehicle. Thankfully, Vartan was willing to meet all my wants and needs, and together. They exceeded my expectation. A few short hours later, they led to me leaving in a brand new car. For them, it’s not about selling a car, but its about treating people with dignity and respect. Selling the car was the bonus.
