Our goal is to satisfy the customer, and we do not use "Bait and Switch" tactics. Having won the President's Award 6 times from American Honda, something no other dealership in Houston has done, does give indication that we do things with the customer in mind. We have tried to contact customer via Dealerrater PM, however no response. Offered customer gas for driving time and to work directly with general sales manager.
